We just came back from the most relaxing staycation in #Gozo at Sweet Life Gozo, a newly opened bed-and-breakfast run by the delectable host Alessia De Martino and her family, in the heart of Kercem.
The venue feels warm and welcoming, with its stylish decor but mostly with this Italian family, being so friendly and taking care of your every whim, not to mention all the food and beverage menu available made with love.

The rooms are spacious and serene with views of Gozo countryside and have excellent wi-fi too for people like me who like to have access to internet on vacay too or wish to work here for a week any time of the year!
My daughter Luna loved splashing in the pool and playing with the board games that were available for guests and the scrambled eggs (which she is soooo fussy about) passed her test at breakfast. Breakfast is included in the price of the room you choose. We ordered scrambled eggs, muffins, orange and apple juice, coffees and teas from a menu that is in the room for you to prepare the night before for the team to organise the next day.
All the food we ordered was excellent, especially the Barbecue Night on Friday night with trendy soft Ibiza style music playing in the background and the best peaceful atmosphere I was looking for!
I love discovering new places worldwide, and helping my friends in their new businesses so here you go .. If you wish to escape to Gozo .. here is one fabulous option! Alessia De Martino, I’m so proud of you! You managed to create a dream place in the middle of this crazy time and you are offering a wonderful service for people looking to relax in a safe and blissful environment.
