Today I’m so excited to share the discovery of this brand called LEGGINGS MALTA which has just released their first line of sportswear products available online and is hitting our island by storm. They are super comfy for fitness sessions. However, combined with a soft leather jacket or long cardigan, they can also be worn as casual looks for errands. I’m super lucky and honoured to be one of the first lucky ones in Malta to sport them. I chose these two styles in these 2 colours which Im obsessed with this year – thesoft pink and the soft blue – but they have many more available on their site.

Fitness practice should be a moving meditation, a time for you to disconnect from the external, and a moment to be free from distractions. This cannot be achieved when your leggings are either too tight, too long, too see-through, or not breathable.
I tend to lean towards more traditional or basic yoga legging patterns – basically solid colors or a minimal design pattern. I wore them to a yoga class a few nights ago and people had nothing but sweet things to say about them.
