That time of the year has arrived once again and I couldn’t wait to get to Valletta, Malta’s Capital City for the 10th edition of The Pink Fashion Show, an event held in collaboration with The Times of Malta. This edition was held at King George V Recreational Grounds in Floriana, a venue I had never set into before this day. It was a very pleasant experience – as always!
This oldest garden in Floriana was originally built for the exclusive use of the Knights of St John. It was embellished to host and surprise hundreds of guests. Every PINK Magazine event is themed and the organisers evidently go into a lot of detail to make it special and memorable for attendees. This one was themed around the Maltese Festa! Traditional Maltese banners were set up from the entrance leading to the reception area where stalls were laid out Festa-style. Loved the idea of the real band playing live during the show and after the show when we all mingled around the stalls for refreshments and socialising, it felt like we were at a Maltese kind of festa, fireworks and all.

I wore this colourful orange maxi dress and created a turban out of the extra material we chopped off from its length. I felt so good in this number and it was very well received by you all on social media – Thank you so much xxx
About the Fashion Show, 30 gorgeous models with killer bodies strutted the runway showing off the swimwear collections, summer collections and accessories. We saw a very pleasant show with brands including Orsay, Cortefiel, Carla Grima Atelier, Coccinelle, Emthunzini Hats, Furla, Ipanema, Isle & Aqua, O’hea Opticians, Oltre, Pedro del Hierro and Women’secret, I had a few favourite items from each brand so I will just show you some pictures of my favourites. There is also a video I prepared with some visual memory of this lovely show.
Well done to all including the organisers, stylists, model agencies. Loved the hair by hairdressers from Screen Professional Hair Salons Malta who had the models’ hair styled exquisitely. Guerlain make-up artists led by Chris Attard did a great job at creating a glowy summer look with coral coloured lips which suited all the clothes the presented from the various brands. From the front row I caught all the details and as you saw on my Instagramstories there was a lot to feast your eyes on!
The 10th edition of The Pink Fashion Show was supported by Aldo, Campari, Carolina Herrera, Casapinta Exhibitions and Events, Costa Coffee, Diet Kinnie, Floriana local council, Go, Magnum, the Malta Playing Fields Association, Pringles, Renault, Stephanie Borg, Tettiera, Uno de 50 and Vichy.
Thank you once again for having me. I thoroughly enjoyed it together with many other people who look forward to this event year after year.
Love
Grazielle
