“Everything crosses with everything, ignoring all frontiers”
ORCIANI is an Italian fashion label that treats supple leathers and works them into stunning lavish designs, a broad colour palette alongside textured detailing and metallic embellishments is presented throughout their collections. For those of you who love a good quality accessory made from excellent quality materials and who enjoy a classic design that will never go out of fashion, this is certainly one brand to look at.

In the presentation I attended during Fashion Week held in their flagship store, we learnt that this particular collection at ORCIANI is dominated by the cross-style. Aesthetically and physically speaking, cross-style really stands for freedom of choice in clothing but also represents globalisation in the aesthetic sense in general. Today’s social media means that everyone gets to know everything right away and a message sent is received at the same time all around the world. This spirit of freedom and independence is what inspires the brand ORCIANI to create these pieces in the new FALL/WINTER collection for the woman who loves reinventing herself, every day.
We saw colours, textures and finishes mixed with versatile and ultra-feminine accessories. In its desire to always be innovative and modern with the current lifestyles, we see also delightful bag charms and shoulder-bags which play around with colour and shapes with overlapped colours and innately feminine aspirations. On all of them a series of little mirrors in which the irony and convenience combine in an explosive mixture: a distinguishing feature but also a symbol of playful vanity.
