Malta Fashion Week keeps us literally on our toes every day as we eagerly attend the shows at Fort St Elmo daily and enjoy so many beautiful shows by designers and also some presentations by pop up stands on site.
The 3rd night was a treat from fashion designer Jason Grech with not one but two shows. The night started off with a bridal couture show featuring Jason’s spectacular gowns, one more inspiring and mesmerizing than the other. The next show was one I enjoyed very much with gorgeous designs inspired by his recent travels to Spain.

The third and final show of the night was Khan, super styling featuring a number of eclectic and interesting pieces inspired by Russian art. Another successful night at Malta Fashion Week 2019. Here are some photos from the evening.
A Russian brand, KHAN presented an interesting collection including the national colors, tender shades, bright printed military patterns, and special decorative elements all combined in the images of the spring-summer season. Light organza, silk and lace followed by coat fabrics and wool. The designer Kristina Minnikhanova creates an original blend of Russian style and the European take on fashion.
The mix of simple sport details, aggressive military lines and sophisticated floral décor catapults extravagant graphic images into the top fashion league and demonstrates the multifaceted nature of modern woman. It was presented with models wearing curly wigs and scarves. The designer proposes a big shopping bag in transparent plastic as the main accessory of summer 2019. We all have to think about that one 😉
