Most holiday experiences includes travelling by plane, so we need to think smartly …what to wear? The outfit you wear to travel is also the first thing you’ll wear at your destination, so your first impression is at stake. But, if your clothes prevent you from getting past security swiftly, booking it to your gate, and sitting comfortably for your one or eight hour flight, you’ve got to rethink.

Since I travelled to Rome for my birthday last weekend, I thought I’d share with you the airport look I wore, inspired from what celebs are wearing in UK and New York these days. If you’re hopping on a quick flight to a warm destination, I suggest an outfit combo similar to this, one that will allow you to relax and enjoy every moment of your holiday, starting from the airport.
You want to be relaxed, walking through the check ins with your luggage, you want to be quick at the security checks, relaxed sitting in the plane and also getting to your hotel and you still want to look like you care about your appearance right?

1) Tight clothing. Do: Natural, breathable fabrics.
2) High heels. Do: Comfortable shoes.
3) Strong perfume or cologne. Do: Freshly washed clothes.
4) Offensive clothing. Nothing with offensive remarks. Do: Anything you would wear to church.
5) Thermal clothing. Do: Layers of clothing instead.
