Last week, on a beautiful summer’s night I was so excited to attend a fashion show presenting Carla Grima’s summer 2017 held at Broadside Terrace at the 5 star Corinthia Hotel in St Julians On this particular occasion since the event was more of a social one with shopping and refreshments following the show, I thought of sharing the experience with 3 friends.

Out with Sam Minkowski, Christine Agius Tellus and Michelle Dimech.
The Fashion Show was titled ‘Abloom’ and here we saw some of the designer’s beautiful creations as seen recently at Malta’s Fashion Week 2017, only here they were more in their element, right by the water’s edge of the seaside in Malta with three Sunseekers by Azure Ultra in the background. Makeup was done by Rachel Borg using Revlon, Hair by Dean Gera and styling was by Carla Grima.

Following the fashion show, there were little pop up stands with jewellery and handbags were by ‘La Boutique’ Palazzo Parisio, hats by the newly launched brand ‘Emthunzini, Dove and Wellaflex. I just enjoyed meeting many other women who are interested in Carla’s designs and who were very happy to be out on this tasteful social fashionevent organised by Davinia Mallia Pule and Francesca Pace.
This event was supported by Corinthia San Gorg for the stunning venue, Apollo Day Spa, Italvin imports, People and Skin Med-Aesthetic Clinic, VJ Salomone and Wellaflex, Dove, Azure Ultra and Franks.
