10 ways How to keep your Vibes High despite adversity and society’s heaviness

Hello, my friends and welcome once again to my fashion, travel and lifestyle blog. I am pleased to share what works for me in my personal life journey, one of constant growth. One subject that often comes up in private coaching sessions or private messaging moments on Instagram is “HOW DO YOU KEEP SO POSITIVE, EVEN WHEN THINGS ARE FALLING APART? With all the negative stuff going on and with personal difficulties and hardships to face on a daily basis, how can one find that energy to keep a smile, to keep light-hearted, to be nice!

There are times in our life when we may feel depressed, and things may not be going the way we had intended them to be. These are the times when we rediscover ourselves, realign our lives and chart the way forward. When we read inspirational quotes, we find solace in the struggles of others and how they managed to overcome them. The following ways may help you find yourself in the dark and rekindle the lost light. All it takes is simple steps, step by step.

I have decided to write this blog post so that I can easily share it in future and to remind myself too what I do in case I start to get lazy with some of these ways. Here are 10 ways of KEEPING YOUR VIBES HIGH.

You don’t have as much drama or chaos, you don’t gossip, you attract nice experiences into your life. Honestly, I can’t stress how truly powerful it is to gain control of your emotional state daily. Focus on the good stuff and you will get more good stuff. Focus on the drama and that’s all you can see! OK?

1, Keep a Positive Attitude

When you are at the top of the helm, your juniors may look up to you for inspiration. What will help is staying focused and having a positive posture and attitude, no matter how hard the situation is. This positive attitude can go a long way in managing chaotic situations and display some sort of resolve against the odds, which is primary to manage any adversity you or those connected with you are in. Positive momentum can be one of the first steps in solving many major issues.

2. Question Yourself and Find Answers

People are sometimes hesitant to think over their troubles because they are not taught trouble management and they shove them under the carpet. If you keep on talking about your troubles, without pondering on them or why they arose in the first place, you might not be able to overcome them. Certain anxieties too can be cleared by facing them with questions and answers instead of medication! Although it may be true that not every problem is a result or a consequence, some were always intended to happen, thinking over their meaning and what can be done to solve them can boost confidence. Ask yourself what good you want to do today. What results do you want to achieve after solving your current problems? A personal reflection always helps to understand your worth and keeps your character in check.

3. Recognize that setbacks are inevitable.

When something goes against plan, some people tend to spend days in the “pity me”vibe instead of accepting that some setbacks are bound to happen and sometimes they are a blessing in disguise!

4, Understand that failure represents an opportunity to learn a valuable lesson.

When we look at our life as a learning experience rather than struggling to live here experience, we will start to see the positive in most situations, especially the ugliest and uncontrollable of situations. We will eventually learn that these problems and failures represent an opportunity to learn a valuable lesson, be it from a situation with a particular person or a certain accident that set you back terribly, if you open your heart to see the positive, you will enjoy Life much much more.

5. Keep on loving and appreciating yourself

Appreciation is another key on how to overcome adversity. In difficult times, people usually think low of themselves, no matter how good they are at doing somethin. True? Appreciation tends to make negative thoughts go away and reinstates self-confidence inside us, allowing us to think clearly about troubles while finding small ways to start fixing issues. Keep yourself strong with positive affirmations, healthy fitness and food habits, meditate to keep your mind in check, do things that keep you vibrating high. In other words, don’t give up on yourself.

6) Practise some form of Exercise:

If you spend a lot of time sitting down in front of the computer screen or just lazing about on a sofa at home, it can be draining to your mind and your body is not creating an energy flow. Does it make sense to you? One of the daily practices that help me stay energized is the morning run and dance but you can surely find something to do. Even a little bit goes a long way. When I worked for big companies, I would take a break every once in a while and go walk around the block. It was always part of my daily and weekly plan to keep my body, mind and soul aligned.

7. Bypass the need for perfection in your life.

This idea is solely a perception in your mind that you are flawed or you have to meet this type of perfection to achieve greatness, success, power or love. Noooo way! The path to a higher frequency is so far from smoothly paved. You will encounter obstacles and miss spiritual signs along the way. Know that you are perfectly imperfect. Accept it and embrace it. It will take time but it’s worth it.

8. Practise gratitude – Remind yourself to be grateful

I cannot stress this one enough! Write down (yes physically write) 5-10 things every single day that you are grateful for. No matter how small or large. When you are coming from a grateful start to every day you can then aim to do what you wish to or dream about from that space of already being in a successful place, thus attracting more of the same. What you send out comes back!

9. Meditate or practice breathing exercises to clear your mind space.

10 minutes a day is a wonderful start. I recommend downloading the app “headspace” for free on your smart phone if you have absolutely no idea where to begin. Go do it right now.

10. Avoid gossip and negativity.

This is a huge part of living positive life action. Negative news in your lives and negative news drain all your positive vibes and if you are not a high vibing person to begin with, these can really pull you down to states of sadness, or anxiety. By staying away from unwanted gossip, negative people who do not really love you or respect you for the good person you are, you will allow more space to be cleared for positive, loving and high vibrational thinking and people This step is the hardest for many of us. However, walking away from certain people or things is the BEST freeing experience for your Vibes! Walk away is a very wise thing to do sometimes. You are respecting your energy, your health, your Life!

Remember, you are precious. You deserve people who will love you and will treat you right. Start valuing yourself now, and focus all your energy in surrounding your life with love. Relationships shouldn’t be that hard. They shouldn’t cause you to suffer. Fill your life with only loving relationships. You deserve to be loved.
