Hello dear followers. October is soon over and all I can think about is how soon Christmas and New Years Eve will be with us. I am personally a huge fan of Christmas time now especially with the little one being so aware and excited about everything. It is that time of year when I get that warm and fuzzy feeling in my heart listening to Christmas carols and spending time with the people who matter to me more than anything. Let’s also be prepared for lots of company parties, Christmas promotional events and lots of dinner catch ups. I personally find it a good excuse to stock up on some cocktail type outfits and some good quality accessories from my favourite outlets!
So, it’s been over a month since I’ve been back in Malta following the emotional and exciting Milan Fashion Week 2017 and because I got sucked in by a whirlwind of activity, I have not had the chance to share with you the information and this photoshoot about VITTI FERRIA, a high class jewellery brand in Milan, that I was introduced to by Palazzo Parisio in Malta, its exclusive agents. Here I was invited to their head quarters and showroom during MILAN FASHION WEEK for a private tour. How lucky was I!
I arrived at 10 am to find their lovely sales manager Clothilde waiting for me, all excited to meet the Maltese blogger and to show me all their beautiful designs. I had done some research prior to visiting this iconic brand and I felt so honoured to be able to get this opportunity. I had seen online a number of product lines available but when you visit the showroom, there are thousands of different options to choose from – and believe me, they are all beautiful in their own unique way. I went crazy in a good way, with my heart racing with excitement at every collection that was presented to me my Clothilde. I really felt like a little girl who loves sweets who is thrown into a heaven of a candy store!
Creativity and originality are always present in the DNA of Vitti Ferria Contin, brand active in the world of jewellery dating back since 2006 and it is for this reason that the designs are so varied in their materials, textures and colour schemes.
The world-renowned designer who works here from the head quarters and studio in Milan works with geometric shapes, working them in a cross style suitable to meet the most diverse tastes. Strict geometries become sinuous and dynamic through the use of metal and contrasting colors. Simplicity is overstated for a product close to the world of couture yet to the world of sculpture.
Although many items are statement pieces, it is so surprising that nothing is excessive when carried stylishly. Have a look at some photos we took in the showroom.
You will see that the composition reaches balance and harmony through a careful research of proportion. Earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, bags and shoes cease to be jewellery or simple accessories, becoming something unique that helps every woman to express her personality.
I can imagine (because I now own a pair of Vitti earrings) that when you wear one of these pieces, your entire look transforms into another look.
This brand has been sought after by top Italian and Hollywood celebrities and their jewellery pieces have been shown in an endless number of Vogue and Elle Magazines. The fashion world thinks of Vitti Feria as the car world thinks about Ferrari. Top notch brand for the woman who feels extremely confident in her skin and loves a statement piece.
