Red and Black Outfit for an outing in LA

Out in Las Americas (LA), Canary Islands on the buzzing promenade (with a Las Vegas feel to it) called the Golden Mile, with lovely designer shops along with lots of good quality restaurants and cocktail bars, Hard Rock Cafe, Magic and a water fountain display with music every hour after dusk, we enjoyed quite a few outings here during our vacation! Muchos gracias!

The weather in Tenerife these past three weeks has been absolutely gorgeous and comfortable, meaning it is has been sunny at around 23 degrees Celsius during the day, perfect for a few hours at the beach or sightseeing, with then a slight drop in temperature and a cool breeze in the evenings. We enjoyed quite a few nights out on this iconic street and I only have cheeky smiles running across from cheek to cheek when I remember some of them.

We leave our second home, this paradise of a destination tonight, with lots of beautiful memories to cherish – I will never forget all my morning runs along the sea coast with my husband, all that precious time having conversations about life and the millions of things we want to accomplish as a family, I will have fond memories of jumping in grandma Marja’s balcony with my daughter on my shoulders and playing with make up and dancing to Jennifer Lopez songs overlooking the breathtaking sunsets. Amor Amor Amor! …Ah Tenerife is always so good to us and it gives us the perfect reboot and kick start energy we need to go back home with gratitude and love in our hearts.

How did I achieve this look ?

Simple! This very pretty red blouse with the ruffled front and the red trousers were a recent purchase. They are by Cortefiel in Malta. Available at the shop on the 3rd floor at BayStreet, very very affordable in price, they are so perfect for a casual chic day or night out or for an office day. Worn as they are together to make a bold statement or styled individually, I will definitely be wearing them a lot in the coming months. Apart from this all-red combo, I will wear the shirt with black trousers or jeans whie the red trousers go well with, many other tops I already have. Bingo! I had a soft make up look here, hair was curled a little for a little bounce. I wore my black studded Versace sunnies. I also styled the red outfit with my other new babies – these black patent purse and sandals from Aldo Shoes at Bay Street. You know I am a sucker for twin sets and this one I am sure that this black onewith be very useful for many winter outings and events coming up in Malta and beyond.

Well, that’s it from me today.. I have to pack my luggages and prepare to head back home to Malta for a fresh exciting start to the year. I can’t wait to meet my friends again, to meet some of you my followers in person, to continue what I’ve started with my business ventures and to give back as much as possible to the community one smile at a time, one conversation at a time, one video at a time, one blog at a time. Stepping into 2018 is so exciting!
