This week, on Women’s Day I shared a blog about my visit to my nail technician. It was focused around the importance of regular grooming and the necessity of keeping an overall clean-looking appearance. All this of course enhances your self-confidence, increases your feel good factor day in day out. Today allow me if I may, to tell you about one other treatment that is available out there for both women and men – Laser Hair Removal.
There are a few different reasons why laser hair removal might be the treatment for you. Sometimes, hormone levels cause excess hair growth that can cause low self-esteem and embarrassment. Also, laser hair removal encourages the hair to grow straight, so it’s a great solution for ingrown hairs. It is run by Sarah Grech and Sarah Cosaitis. Nurses by profession, they are fully-qualified with a Diploma in Laser Hair Removal and they have been running this clinic for 3 years.

Section by section Sarah treated the areas and I was ready in about 30 minutes in total. I will be returning for other treatments but I was told that I would start seeing less hair growth from the first time. Getting ready for summer in winter! That’s my plan.
