After a very long Easter weekend spent peacefully with loved ones in Malta breathing fresh seaside and countryside air, and totally pigging out on enormous amounts of home-made cooking and Easter chocolates not to mention the Maltese traditional Figolla cakes, it’s back to work and back to normal routines! I love what I do at my marketing and PR company and I love the work we produce weekly for this Blog. It is a full time job and entails several hours of work each day – and so it’s back to shooting some lovely spring looks this week and visiting clients before I get to travel again this coming weekend to a pretty destination with some lovely ladies!
I’m very grateful for all those who were responsible for making our Easter weekend special especially my parents, my brother Duncan and his warm-hearted girlfriend who really did a great job at organising our annual Easter barbecue picnic. This weekend due to the public holiday I got to spend some extra time with my daughter and also time to reconnect with God in prayer in preparation for Easter Sunday. With the warm weather, entertained by some funny jokes and just sitting back relaxed watching the whole family together on Easter Sunday, it felt just so good to be alive, to be at home. Warms my heart to stand still and watch this good energy around me and nothing else mattered other than my family. They are my roots, my rocks – my life. All the rest is bonus!
The Look
Today I’d like to share with you these charming pictures photographed by Bernard Polidano showing this elegant blue cocktail dress I picked from London F Café for the season. This Dazzling Blue is a firm favourite pantone colour in spring 2017 and this is a great example. In this case, I paired this dress with my sparkly Chiara Ferragni “Flirting” blue leather heels from Rebelliwhich shout pop art and totally make a statement of their own. This outfit is one I would wear for a date night or some party night out from the day into the night! Photographed at the Vittoriosa Marina waterfront with these mega yachts as my backdrop, another reminder of the beautiful places to visit on the Maltese islands. Whether you are a local, traveller or a yacht owner yourself, Malta is a a beautiful destination in the heart of the Mediterranean.
Wish you all a great week ahead! Get ready for some more exciting content coming your way this week!
