Summer is soon here. It is a great time to jump in feet first, sleep under the stars and try new things. Perhaps start your next daring adventure or simply take more time to enjoy special moments with your friends as the days are longer and the nights more exciting. It is also fun to […]
Last week I was very pleased to attend the sixth edition of the biannual fashion event organised by Pink magazine and The Times of Malta. The event invited numerous fashion conscious ladies and gentlemen from across the island to socialise and enjoy a well presented fashion show by top fashion brands including Trussardi Jeans, Harmont […]
Thailand is a place that must be on almost every traveller’s bucket list. It certainly was on mine until I ticked it off with a three week holiday to Phuket. Often referred to as the Pearl of the Andaman, Phuket is Thailand’s largest island. It is a popular spot for visitors to southeast Asia. With […]
The day has arrived. After a full week of events during Malta Fashion Week 2016, the Chamilia Fashion Awards was the grand finale of the entire week dedicated to fashion and the arts. Hosted by Maltese TV presenter John Bundy, we enjoyed a show including dance shows, hair shows and a few catwalk fashion shows […]
Experimenting with different fashion styles in one of the pleasures in life, apart from food, travel and the simpler things we often take for granted such as spending precious time with family and loved ones. So for Day 6 at Malta’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week 2016, after the Golden Lady look, this day required a complete […]
I can’t believe that the Mercedes-Benz Malta Fashion Week is soon over! It has been a great experience for all of us. So, last night, the last two shows after the one by Gagliardi were by two designers who ooze such confidence and elegance through their creations. Show 1 Milica Trickovic from Serbia Thanks to […]
Day 7 was the last day of fashion shows and exhibitions. We certainly ended with a huge bang with 3 fashion shows by Gagliardi, Milica Tricovic and Nilara. On this magical chilly evening some of the most ridiculously beautiful men in Malta get together to make the world a better place through the power of […]
Inspired by Hollywood glam, on Day 5 at Malta Fashion Week 2016, I decided to wear this marvellous gold glittery dress by one of my current favourite Italian designers Elisabetta Franchi. I paired it with a gorgeous black bag by Roberto Cavalli and these pretty sandals by Stuart Weitzman. Before entering the beautiful St Angelo […]
Day 6: This is the first time I have experienced one of the Maltese fashion designer Ritienne Zammit’s fashion shows. I have read articles and seen photographs of her quirky concepts from previous years and how she tackles controversial subjects through her collections. Fashion Week 2016 collection is in fact entitled “Je Suis” (meaning I […]
With each day that passes it gets more and more exciting. Today, the 5th day of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Malta, we got splashed with bold prints and silk, then smacked with leather, zips and corsets. Two fashion shows and an exhibition. What a treat! SHOW 1: CARLA GRIMA ATELIER PRESENTS OPHELIA S/S 2016 Kicking […]
This year, being my first year being part of the Malta Fashion Week media team, I’m very pleased to have made so many new acquaintances and friends. From bloggers, to photographers to makeup artists, models and designers – so many interesting people who join forces through similar passions – love for fashion and the arts. […]
It’s already the third day of a fabulous week in Malta’s fashion calendar during the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Malta 2016. Today, at Fort St Angelo, we were invited to enjoy three fantastic fashion shows by designers Gaetano, Anna Romysch and Adalia B. I wanted to wear a special dress to blend in with Adalia’s […]

Vivid colours this season transport us to a happier, sunnier place where we feel free to express a more entertaining and vibrant version of our real selves. No matter how many we encounter living on an island, there is just something about sunny days that ignites happiness and reminds us of how beautiful the Mediterranean […]
Last week I was invited to the official launch of Aussie hair products in Malta at The Galley alongside the Malta Royal Yacht Club in Ta Xbiex. True to the fun and playful hair product brand, we enjoyed a chill atmosphere, a BBQ in full swing and fabulous people from the fashion industry. The seaside […]
The minute I had my flights and hotel accommodation booked for Milan Fashion Week this year, the obvious next question was “What to wear at Milan Fashion Week?!”. Well the weather was going to be warm and sunny which eliminates all the layering and thick coat options, so I prepared a number of outfits that […]
As you know me quite well by now, I prefer to give every single look I wear during FASHION WEEK the attention and spotlight it deserves, by dedicating one full blog post around it, when possible of course. So here I present to you the one I wore on my 3rd day of Milan Fashion […]
