Let’s Rock n Roll Baby! – Day 6 at #MFWA2016

Experimenting with different fashion styles in one of the pleasures in life, apart from food, travel and the simpler things we often take for granted such as spending precious time with family and loved ones.

So for Day 6 at Malta’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week 2016, after the Golden Lady look, this day required a complete change of style! Fun fun fun! So I popped in to Rebelli to put together the look I had in mind with help from Aivar and all the team.

The Look

I fell in love with this dark blue Elisabetta Franchi dress. It is elegant but daring and fun at the same time. The soft tassles on the dress are made of soft leather and what made me smile about it is that when you walk or dance they shake, rattle and roll with your movement.

I wanted to have some extra fun with it so I had my hair styled in a cool upstyle to mimic that rock n roll era by Sheron & Clyde Salon and strong aggressive makeup by Daniela at Melita. Then to stick to my elegant, classic style I went soft on the shoes by wearing these amazingly comfortable black classic sandals by Stuart Weitzman. It was very cold in the evenings on the rooftops of Fort St Angelo where all the fashion shows were held so this leather jacket by Elisabetta Franchi was my choice.
