This week, I was very happy to receive a personal invitation to attend a “Beauty Night Out ” at Melita Health & Beauty Centre on Women’s Day, 8th March 2016. It was an event mainly aimed to bring a number of bloggers, a small number of key clients and their friends together for some product sampling, shopping and socialising complete with delicious drinks in a relaxed environment.
The young team of enthusiastic ladies at Melita Pharmacy organised the event very well and they were excellent hosts. I have personally been a customer of Melita for over 20 years and I always remember all ladies here to be very helpful, always ensuring that their clientele are treated with that personal approach, and they will always be that way. Daniela for instance, has been part of the team since as long as I can remember; she brings a very warm energy and with her infectious smile always gives outstanding service to her customers and it is the same with all the other ladies who work there.

At Melita, on the ground floor, apart from serving as a fully-fledged pharmacy, you find here a wide range of beauty and health products ranging from fragrances to skincare products and make up to energy foods, as well as toiletries and products for children on the second floor.
With regards to make up, It is a one-stop shop in central St Julians offering a wide range of makeup brands including Givenchy, Clarins, Shiseido, Rimmel and so many more.
During this event, I checked out some highlighter and contouring products by the brand Sleek. Daniela kindly gave me a personal demonstration showing me the techniques on how best to apply them together with the brushes and I liked them a lot. Can’t wait to try them out! I also bought some Dermalogica skincare products which I love.
On the way out, I was given a shopping bag filled with exclusive samples from sponsors. This event was very pleasant and as a blogger I will certainly attend more of them to pass on as much information as I can to my followers. Thanks Melita ladies for this invite and I look forward to more!
