This is the day I had been waiting for a long time. I was longing for the day at Malta Fashion Week 2018 when Gaetano Couture would launch his new collection called #Legacy and as you can see in my BLOG OVERVIEW OF DAY 3, the show was magnificent and we were so honoured to be there to support this awesome talent. I was sat front row with in great company as you can see in my Instagram stories @graziellecamilleri, enjoying every single moment.
#Legacy – This is something I have been thinking about a lot lately. What are we as human beings going to leave behind us when it’s time for us to depart this world? What substantial action can we do that will have a strong enough ripple effect for our future generations to enjoy or learn from? Food for thought. Regardless of what we spend our money on, the people we encounter, or the ways we use our days, we are leaving a record of our time here.

When everything is said and done, our lives will leave an impression.People will remember the impact we had on them or the memories they have with us. One way or another, our stories will be told. We can literally redirect other people’s lives with a word or an action. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
In the collection that was presented at Malta Fashion Week 2018, Gaetano wishes to send a message to give more power to the women because they are beautiful, they are strong and they are creators of their dreams. Gaetano loves his mother very much and his sister. His family supports him all the way and although they do not walk the runway, they always have his back, giving him all the love and support he needs to help him follow his dreams and that is something we all should learn from and take from this loving family in Malta.
About my look
I love the design of the dress and everyone loved it too yesterday. I accessorised it with a gold Trussardi clutch bag. These earrings and ring were the talk of the town. Everyone loved them. They were custom-made by Virag Design and to be honest, I was petrified that they were too big at first but fashion week is fashion week, and there is no wrong or right this week. I wore them and I’m so happy I did!
My hair was blow dried sleek straight and styled with a middle parting to create symmetry and to leave the focus on the dress. Thanks once again to Michelle Dimech at Mixa’s for ensuring my hair is on fleek using Tresemme products #WorkIt
Last but not least, my fabulous make up was done today by Natasha Polidano. I was so happy with it. All in all the look worked well so I sleep happy knowing I did my best and I had fun doing what I do best.
