Working women have no shortage of decisions to make, including what to wear during their working hours. And fashion designers are flocking to outfit this growing market of smart, chic dressers. For those looking for workwear inspiration, I’ d like to show you this outfit as one of my favourite fashion-forward ones that will meet the needs of today’s confident, professional woman who works in a type of environment where she feels she needs to make a statement sometimes, especially when a huge deal is on the table 🙂

This dress……..Do I need to say much? It is just one of the gorgeously stunning pieces from the talented fashion designer Elisabetta Franchi who is taking the world by storm with her beautiful work, each of her outfits eludes class and bold charm. The minute I wore this one at Rebelli boutique in St Julians, my face lit up, my eyes grew like three sizes bigger with glee. I had to have it and share these photos with you!!

This military inspired dress proves how the military trend can be extremely feminine. For this photoshoot, I styled it for a corporate chic look with this Jet Set Travel Bag by Michael Kors, nude stilettos and Dolce e Gabbana shades.

I love this dress and I will wear it not only for special days with important meetings at work but also to go out with my friends for a few drinks. Absolutely! Hope you like it as much as I do.
