Hello, my friends. A somewhat spiritual message for you today, that is spiraling from thoughts about how I feel about how humanity is treating the very same planet we inhabit and how some humans are treating each other. We have read in several sacred books, scripts and legends worldwide talk about ancient doomsday prophecies. Some of these prophecies challenge our beliefs and trust in the future. Some of us care and some of us couldn’t care less. Will the world as we know it ends completely? Will humanity cease to exist? Will our race be replaced with a new one?
The Native American Rainbow Prophecy
This Native American Prophecy which has been told as a story to children from generation to generation to this very day offers an intriguing and different view of the future world, the future planet. It resonated with me for many reasons and I’d like to use my influence as a blogger and a communicator of positivity to share this story. Are you ready?
So, the rainbow was a very important symbol to many ancient cultures. Native America Indians regarded the rainbow as a sign of the great mystery and the future.
Prophesies and stories of many nations, from the Hopi and Zuni in the Southwest to the Cherokee in the Southeast, from the Cree in the far north, the great Sioux nations of the plains, to the Mayan people of the far south, the Rainbow was a focal point of spiritual belief. According to Native American beliefs, under the symbol of the rainbow, all races and religions will unite to spread the wisdom of living in harmony with each other and with all creatures.
“As Native Americans, we believe the Rainbow is a sign from the Spirit in all things. It is a sign of the union of all people, like one big family. The unity of all humanity, many tribes, and peoples, is essential, ” Late Thomas Banyacya, Hopi traditional elders, Hotevilla
The Cree, Hopi and Sioux Indians speak about mighty Rainbow Warriors that will inhabit our planet and save it from total distruction caused by a mix of natural disasters and man’s greed for money and power. The world is struggling so much right now with weather disasters, financial disasters, government crashes. The hot bubbles are boiling everywhere and it is clearly time of upheaval and there is hope in that not all humans are evil and selfish and they are becoming more aware of what is happening and yet I feel as humans we are not doing enough to help cure the damage that is being done.
I see many Indian tribes fighting for their land and other people all across the globe doing their utmost to save the planet and all its beautiful creations including the trees, the seas, the animals and all living beings that form part of planet Earth. But it seems that the fires and the troubles are on the increase! Where are the Rainbow Warriors? We need them NOW before it’s TOO LATE!
We All Can Make A Difference – Every One of Us Has The Power To Help
When I took these photos, it was the day after the fire disaster in the Amazon. I woke up with a huge pain in my back and my stomach for some inexplicable reason and I felt so saddened by all the fires I saw in the news ( something I very rarely watch these days because of all the negative news that is shared daily instead of positive news). I saw in an article how millions of trees were burning and Indian tribes were losing their homes and I thought that while shooting some beautiful fashion items, I would dedicate some time to shoot some artistic shots to highlight one issue on the planet that we are perhaps not aware of or don’t have our consciousness directed towards.
In the meantime there are also wildfires in many other countries including Australia in which animals like Koalas and the trees that help balance the co2 emissions on Our Earth are burning down so fast that the natural habitat cannot cope with the heat. What is happening? Why is this occuring? We need Help!
Why don’t most people care? Because they think it does not affect them. I love the planet. I care about it and how my child will see it in her lifetime I thought I’d dig a little deeper and find some information to share – and if I can reach just One or Two Persons today with this article. If I can instill a tiny spark of Rainbow Light in someone today to join the energy of the Rainbow Warrior Prophecy to Save Our Planet, then I’m beyond happy and I have succeeded in my little mission.
Rainforest Fires in the Amazonn– Why Are They Happening?
They are not caused by heat or climate change! Oh no, it’s not the only reason!
The Amazon rainforest has been burning at a record rate this year and more than 120,000 fires have been detected since the start of the year. The devastating fires are destroying the homes of indigenous tribes and threatening millions of animals every single day.
Deforestation of the Brazilian Amazon has hit the highest annual level in a decade, according to new government data which highlights the impact the president Jair Bolsonaro, has made on the world’s biggest rainforest.
The new numbers, showing almost 10,000 sq kms were lost in the year to August, were released as farm owners scuffled with forest defenders in Altamira, the Amazonian city at the heart of the recent devastation.
Fire in the Amazon goes hand in hand with deforestation. From January to the end of October 85% more rainforest had been chopped down than in the same period last year, and as a result there had been over 70,000 fires, a 30% increase from 2018!!
In addition to its biodiversity, the Amazon plays a crucial role in regulating the climate, with its trees absorbing and storing millions of tons of carbon dioxide—a key greenhouse gas that drives global climate change. Deforestation releases this trapped carbon into the atmosphere.
Trees release their stored carbon back into the atmosphere when they die,” Gray said. Burning releases it immediately though. The fires will likely have a more direct and immediate impact on the indigenous communities actually residing in the Amazon.
Not only does the Amazon encompass the single largest remaining tropical rainforest in the world, it’s also home to the largest river system on Earth. The Amazon is home to more than 30 million people, including 350 indigenous and ethnic groups, who rely on the rainforest for food, shelter, clothing and even medicine.
Deforestation can also trigger changes in rainfall patterns and lead to longer dry seasons, putting agricultural productivity at risk as the warmer and drier conditions make it harder for the Amazon’s communities to grow crops and raise livestock.
These are just a few problems arising from the inhumane way in which this problem is being addressed. Is it possible that we are allowing the greedy few to run this selfish act. Killing all the trees, animals, people and whatever is living there to make an extra buck!
Please, somebody, stop this selfish way of thinking and let’s think of our health and that of our future children if we don’t destroy the planet before they grow old enough to enjoy it!
I leave you with this message today and a short prayer:
I pray for more compassion on this planet. I pray for the Rainbow Warriors to come forward. We need you more than you think. Stop hiding from your shadows. The planet is suffering and we need new ways of living to see a change.
I wish to someday tell the tale of the Rainbow Warriors who actually made themselves known when the time was right to Save The Planet. Are you one of them? If you are please STEP UP. Please WAKE UP!
